• Assistance in design: plans, technical specifications, monitoring and acceptance of work
• Visual diagnostics and assessments of installations
• Diagnostics and testing of installations using infrared cameras, insulation meters, multimeters, earth testers, network analyzers, luxmeters, etc.

Regulatory Control of Elevators and Goods Lifts

By the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, and Water:

• Verification and analysis of the operation
• Regulatory control and testing of safety devices
• Audit reporting on the condition of elevators and any necessary upgrades

Regulatory Control of Steam and Gas Pressure Equipment

By the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development:

The objective of the control is to ensure the condition of the equipment and its safety accessories. It includes:

• Equipment identification
• Verification of administrative status (periodic inspections, tests, etc.)
• External and internal verification of walls and structural elements
• Examination of safety accessories (condition, existence, characteristics)
• Additional investigations if necessary (e.g., non-destructive testing)

Fire Safety

• Assistance in design: plans, technical specifications, work monitoring
• Assistance in implementing fire safety systems according to regulations and/or insurer requirements (NF, NE, APSAD standards)
• Diagnostic of fire detection and fire safety installations
• Control of Fire Safety Notices
